Kate Goddard is the big idea implementer and driving force behind WSE Event Agency. For over 18 years, she has been producing creative spaces for the worlds top brands. As a technical expert and bold visionary, she is renowned for discerning design, impeccable event management, and large-scale custom fabrication. 

Kate and the WSE Event Agency’s design-centric and relationship-focused approach results in experiential events that consistently garner social media impressions in the tens of billions and exceed ROI impression goals.

  • Executive Producer - Logistics and Operations: Right-hand to WSE’s leadership, Amy is the cornerstone of our operations, blending strategic insight with unmatched logistics expertise. With over 22+ years in the industry, she has managed high-stakes conferences, called intricate shows, and coordinated every detail for top clients, including the Academy of Country Music Awards, Tiger Jam with Tiger Woods, the Super Bowl VIP Party, Mandalay Bay’s “Summer Beach Concert Series,” Microsoft Ignite, Oracle, Citigroup and Zendesk. Her natural warmth keeps the team motivated and clients confident, fostering a collaborative spirit. As a driving force behind WSE’s success, Amy ensures that each project is delivered with precision, creativity, and a focus on seamless, engaging experiences.

Since joining WSE, Chelsea has brought over 15 years of expertise in live event production, brand marketing, and strategic planning. Known for managing high-profile events with precision and creativity, Chelsea draws from her background in in-house marketing, live television, large-scale festivals, and non-profit events. With an eye for detail and a commitment to the client’s vision, she seamlessly coordinates logistics, tackles challenges, and ensures each experience not only meets but exceeds expectations.

  • Event Producer & Talent Manager: Logistics expert. Strategically organized. Energized by bringing events to life with seamless precision. 12+ years in the event industry. Thinks outside the grid. Manages talent with a keen eye for detail.
